Like any other little boy his age, Hayden loves his mom and dad, dressing up for Halloween, and building sandcastles at the beach. But unlike just about every other little boy, Hayden suffers from a rare disease. It's a debilitating genetic disorder called FOP that turns ordinary tissue into bone. Without a cure, FOP may eventually make Hayden totally immobile.
